How much does it cost?
Nothing to clients — the fee is billed to the provider, not you. A new provider's first 10 bookings are free; after that, it's a flat $1 per confirmed booking, not a percentage cut of the job. A $200 job and a $20 job both cost the provider the same $1 to fill through PROMPT once their free bookings are used up.
What happens if my provider cancels?
PROMPT rematches you inside the same 24-hour window automatically, using the same filters you set — no restarting the search from scratch.
Is this only for certified tradespeople?
No. PROMPT lists both Red Seal–certified professionals (electricians, engineers, carpenters) and casual providers (dog walkers, drivers, house cleaners) — each clearly badged so you know which one you're booking.
